The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects focused on data strategy, business intelligence (BI) implementation, and cloud platform solutions. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager at D&I Integrators, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that align with our clients’ strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution, delivery, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Proactively monitor project progress, manage any deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, milestone reviews, and project retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks, ensuring project teams remain focused and on track.
Manage stakeholder expectations by providing timely updates on project status, key deliverables, and any issues that may impact project success.
Ensure the quality of project deliverables, working closely with technical and functional teams to align outputs with client needs.
Foster a collaborative project environment, driving engagement, accountability, and innovation across all team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing projects in a data, analytics, or technology environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience in managing large-scale data transformation projects, cloud platform migrations, or BI solution implementations.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and build positive client relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in identifying risks, managing challenges, and implementing effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for tracking project progress and managing tasks is a plus.
